Justin Gallo founded Gallo Safety Group in 2018 to provide quality employee training and support employers with their overall safety programs.

After witnessing the devastating effects of arc flash and arc blast electrical accidents, Justin became an early advocate for safety training.  Having worked in the electrical industry for close to 20 years without receiving any formal safety training or PPE from his employers, it became apparent that the industry needed more safety professionals.  Gallo Safety Group employs instructors with high energy and down-to-earth training styles which engages trainees and bolsters knowledge retention.

Having worked his way up from electrician to executive management, Justin is in a unique position to support employers in their effort to have effective safety programs while understanding the challenges of running a business.  He has witnessed firsthand the enormous benefits management commitment to safety training planning and programs can have on a business.  Some of these benefits include lower turnover, injury and illness reduction, decrease of insurance premium cost, more bidding opportunities, employee engagement, better company or corporate image and disaster recovery plans.
